  • Minum Air Putih

Air merupakan keperluan vital untuk manusia. Kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh sering tergantung terhadap tingkat konsumsi air putih. Sama halnya dengan keriput. Jika hendak menghilangkannya, usahakanlah meminum air putih yang cukup bahkan bisa sebanyak mungkin.
Ingat, di antara penyebab keriput muncul ialah kelembapan kulit yang berkurang sebagai dampak pertambahan umur. Air bermanfaat untuk mengatasinya sebab air akan menghadirkan kesegaran. Minumlah air sebanyak-banyaknya supaya proses hidrasi tubuh berlangsung dengan baik.

  • Mengonsumsi Makanan Bermanfaat

Cara menghilangkan keriput yang satu ini terbilang menyenangkan. Anda cuku dengan mengonsumsi beberapa jenis makanan yang berfungsi untuk melawan keriput. Ciri-cirinya ialah makanan itu banyak berisi antioksidan, asam lemak Omega 3, protein tinggi, serta ada kandungan mineral misalnya saja seperti selenium dan copper. Juga disarankan untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang berisi vitamin A, vitamin, E, dan zat besi yang seringkali ada pada beberapa jenis buah-buahan.

Ketika tidur, tubuh menghasilkan hormon yang bermanfaat untuk regenerasi unsur tubuh tergolong kulit. Dengan istirahat yang cukup, tubuh memiliki peluang untuk memregenerasi sel kulit yang rusak.   • Jauhi Rokok

Dampak buruk dari merokok sangatlah besar. Bukan melulu merusak paru-paru, rokok pun menjadi pemicu keriput. Ihwalnya ialah radikal bebas yang hadir saat Anda menghisap asap rokok. Radikal bebas bakal mengganggu molekul tubuh dan melemahkannya dengan teknik merusak membran.
Jika sudah seperti itu terjadi, pasokan kolagen pada lapisan kulit bakal berkurang. Padahal, kolagen memberi elastistas di kulit. Jika kulit bukan lagi elastis, maka keriput bakal hadir. Maka, hindarilah rokok supaya kulit tidak cepat keriput. Meski kita tidak merokok, menjadi pengisap rokok pasif pun sama bahayanya.   • Jaga Agar Tidak Terpapar Matahari Berlebihan

Sinar matahari memang memiliki banyakmanfaat untuk tubuh. Namun, andai terpapar secara langsung dan lama, kulit bakal menerima efek negatifnya. Kulit akan rawan menjadi keriput.
Penyebabnya ialah bahaya sinar ultraviolet (UV) yang muncul di dalam sinar matahari. Sinar UV merusak kolagen yang dominan terhadap elastisitas kulit. Jika pasokan kolagen minim dijamin kulit bakal kaku dan cepat keriput.
